Switching from AnyList
Your AnyList recipes, brought across.
Paste a recipe's link or its text, and Sagely does the rest. Already have your recipes saved as a JSON file? Upload the lot in one go.
Three ways to bring a recipe across
Paste the recipe link
If a recipe in AnyList came from a website, find that same page (a quick search of the title usually finds it) and paste the link into Sagely's import screen. Sagely reads the page directly and keeps a copy of the original.Paste the text
For a recipe you typed in yourself, copy its ingredients and method as text and paste them into Sagely's text import. It works from plain text alone, no link needed.Or upload a JSON file
If you already have your AnyList recipes saved as a JSON file, choose the AnyList tab on the import screen and select it. Sagely shows you a preview (titles, ingredients and any parsing problems) before anything is saved, and a recipe that doesn't parse cleanly is listed for you to check by hand.
About the JSON file
Titles, ingredients and method come across. Sagely accepts either a plain JSON array of recipes or a file with a top-level recipes array.
